We employ motivated licensed security guards to work in a variety of industries including the following:Health, maritime, construction, legal, retail and hospitality and in a variety of roles including static guarding, night watch patrolling and escort guarding.

Our security guards need to demonstrate a high level of interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, a customer service focus with high regard for privacy and confidentiality and the ability to work as part of a dedicated team within WHS requirements.

An ability to operate at a high level without supervision is also required. Experience in the security industry is desirable, but not essential.

Our security guards possess a current NSW Security Licence Class 1AC, current first aid certificate and current NSW drivers licence.

Our security guards are required to successfully complete a Working With Children Check. OHS White card, traffic controller ticket and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification are desirable.

We employ security guards on a casual basis, therefore the hours of work vary according to operational requirements. Hours including working day and night shifts, so flexibility is required.

We pay in accordance with the Security Services Industry Award 2020.
